Returns & Refunds

At Amber Haven UK, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number / email)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2) Non-returnable items

For hygiene and custom/production reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Print-on-demand products made specifically for your order

  • Items marked as final sale / clearance

  • Gift cards / digital downloads (if applicable)

3) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider).

5) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

6) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Then email us and we’ll help you confirm the status
